St. Therese lived only 24 years, spending much of her short life in a cloistered convent. So how did this obscure French nun become one of the most beloved saints of modern times and a patroness to the missions?  This talk introduces the Little Flower, the impact she has had on Elizabeth’s life and ministry, and the saint’s remarkable means of reaching the far corners of the world over the past century through her writings, her tour of relics, and her amazing power of intercession.

Testimonials for A Shower of Roses

Please count all of us here at National Shrine of the Little Flower as some of your biggest fans. We truly enjoyed the presentation that you made during our Shower of Roses special event to celebrate the life of St. Therese. And thank you for being so willing to divide your presentation into three sections so that we could present a musical concert in conjunction with your presentation. I know what we asked you to do was not easy, but you handled it beautifully. For anyone who may be considering using your services for something similar in the future, please let them know that we found you to be knowledgeable about your subject matter, pleasant and easy to work with, very accommodating and flexible, prompt, and professional. St. Therese herself could not have found a better spokesperson to discuss her life on earth and in heaven!
